Best Project Management Software 2025

Monday.com is a one-stop solution for us when it comes to project management. We are still learning how to use Monday.com but whenever we find something new on Monday.com that seems like the answer to our problems, the feeling is eclectic!!

Monday has proven to be, hands down, the best application I've had the pleasure of using, but more than that, the best experience I've had onboarding disperate departments using all manner of 3rd party software.

The Monday.com is extremely helpful. I think that the new feature-"group by" helped me in implementing very easily board structure that otherwise would have leaned on connected boards. the "save" option of this "group by" feature to new views makes it very simple to see the important data in different ways easily.

Monday.com has provided visibility to work that was otherwise lost in email, it has provided workflow automation that allows people to see their entire work queue, their productivity and response time. It allows us to track progress for projects and easily share updates with leadership. I have a team of 120 people and about 80% of them are using Monday.com and though they were hesitant at first, they have now embraced it and use it regularly and it has made their work life much smarter.

The Monday app is amazing for boosting my productivity. It’s easy to use and lets me customize my workspace to fit my needs. The team collaboration features are great, making communication and task management simple. Plus, it works well with other tools I use daily, saving me time. Overall, it’s improved how I organize and manage my projects. Highly recommend!
